SOCAN
We designed and delivered several sessions of a 2-day workshop on Change Management. Feedback from employees going through an internal restructuring at this music industry organization was very positive.

GTAA
We designed, developed and delivered a series of 1/2-day workshops for users of a new document management software at the Greater Toronto Airport Authority. We were also instrumental in revising the document flow between the Authority and the 7 major construction, architectural and engineering partners involved in the 2nd largest construction project in North America.

Coca-Cola
We have developed and delivered, across North America, several different workshops to the staff at Coca-Cola in support of the enterprise-wide implementation of a new software system.
